Position Summary
Were looking for a QA Automation Specialist to join our QA team and help elevate the quality and reliability of our Vision Suite ERP platform.
If youre passionate about building robust automation frameworks, improving release speed, and ensuring high-quality software in complex enterprise environments, this role is for you.
In this role, youll work closely with Development, Product, and DevOps teams to design and maintain automated testing solutions that support scalable, high-performing ERP and retail systems. Youll play a key role in increasing test coverage, preventing defects early, and enabling faster, more confident releases.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment supporting global retail clients, with strong exposure to modern automation tools, AI-assisted testing approaches, and enterprise-scale systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, andmaintainautomated test scripts for web, API, and integration testing across Vision Suite modules.
- Execute andmaintainregression automation suites, ensuring reliability and scalability of test coverage.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA analysts to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) for continuous testing.
- Analyze test results,identifydefects, and support root cause analysis with engineering teams.
- LeverageAIassistedtesting tools and techniques tooptimizetest creation, execution, and maintenance.
- Maintain test data, environments, and automation frameworks aligned with production configurations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automationcoverageexpansion and testing efficiency.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, demos).
- Document automation frameworks, test cases, and testing processes to ensure knowledge sharing and audit readiness.
- Mentor junior QA team members on automation best practices and tools when needed.
Qualifications
Education & Training
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Training in QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and Agile practices
- ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Test Automation Engineer) (preferred)
- Training or exposure to AI-assisted testing tools or frameworks (preferred)
- Agile or Scrum certification (preferred)
Knowledge & Experience
- 35 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on test automation
- Hands-on experience implementing automation frameworks end-to-end (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Experience testing enterprise or SaaS applications (ERP experience is a strong asset)
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools such as Postman or Swagger
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in retail, supply chain, or ERP environments (asset)
- Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud platforms (asset)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, K6) (asset)
- Exposure to AI-based testing tools or predictive quality analytics (asset)

- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java

Responsabilits

- Contribuer lamlioration continue de la couverture et de lefficacit des tests
- Participer aux crmonies Agile (planification, mles quotidiennes, rtrospectives, dmonstrations)
- Documenter les frameworks, cas de tests et processus afin dassurer le partage des connaissances et la conformit
- Encadrer et soutenir les membres juniors de lquipe QA lorsque requis
Qualifications
Formation
- Baccalaurat en informatique, gnie logiciel, systmes dinformation ou domaine connexe, ou exprience quivalente
- Formation en mthodologies QA, automatisation des tests et pratiques Agile
